As founder of Price Petho & Associates P.L.L.C., Larry E. Price is a native of North Carolina, born and raised in Rockingham. He received his law degree from Wake Forest University, School of Law, in 1972. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor, Mr. Price obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from St. Andrews Presbyterian College, helping him choose a career in business law. For the next five years following graduation, Mr. Price worked in the insurance industry as a Claims Representative.
In 1979, alongside William Benjamin Smith, Mr. Price established Price Petho & Associates P.L.L.C. and dedicated his practice to serious personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases. Over several decades in Charlotte, Mr. Price built a reputation for fighting vigorously on behalf of those impacted by others’ negligence.
