About Owen Tinari

Attorney Owen Tinari is from Pennsylvania and moved to Charlotte in 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware School of Law. While there, he gained litigation experience through private practice internships and Delaware Law’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Program. Through this experience, Mr. Tinari found a calling to help guide injured clients through the law.

Mr. Tinari takes a methodical approach to negotiating favorable deals and litigating his client’s cases. He understands the importance of explaining the details and reasoning behind a strategy or particular result and keeps his clients’ expectations in mind every step of the way.

Outside of the courtroom and office, you can find Mr. Tinari trying a new restaurant or exploring the parks and greenways around Charlotte.
